Kindergarten has fun while practicing letters

 This week, the kindergarten students are learning all about the letter I. We have learned about how it is a vowel, the difference between uppercase and lowercase, how to write and format it on a sentence line, and the sounds that it makes. In order to add a little fun to our learning, the students practiced formatting this letter today with the help of a partner. They wrote the uppercase and lowercase letters on their partners back with their fingers and then switched to allow their partner to do the same. They also said the sound while doing so. This was a great way for the students to practice their letter formation and made their learning fun and different in such a small and easy way.
