This is the book that has a small group of 6th graders spending their lunch time with me once a week.

Several weeks ago, their teacher, Mrs. Trabilsy, approached me with the idea of facilitating a lunch time book club. She had selected a few books that students could chose from and that determined the book group they would participate in during lunch. 

You know it's a good book when students rush in with their lunches and start eating right away so we can get started on the book discussion.
