Trunk or Treat

Yesterday, the PTO sponsored a fun Halloween event, "Trunk or Treat." Parents and kids were quite creative with all of their wild, spooky, and cleverly decorated trunks. It was so fun trying to guess which kids were in what costume.

There were volunteers from Jefferson helping with craft tables, temporary tattoos, selling entry tickets and helping take some pictures at the photo booth. It was so nice to catch up with the ones I could get to and hear all of the fun they are having at JJH. Even though they grow up so fast, they still love to tell me their favorite games from back when they were in my elementary music class.

I love attending this event every year, because it is such a good turn out of the Goodrich community; parents, current students, former students and teachers. There were great costumes and even better conversations. The kids loved getting a little bit of candy and the parents liked having a fun, safe event for their kids of all ages to enjoy.

Here are just a few pics from the day.
