The beginning of the school year is a great time to set goals for yourself. And that is what the
third graders did.
We brainstormed ways we can become a better student-especially after being in school for
over a week. Students came up with great ideas that ranged from listening while the teacher
is talking to not be wasteful (both sound good to me).
Since I’m a huge Ticonderoga pencil fan, we made a pencil craft (to practice those fine motor skills)
and wrote 1 or 2 goals on it.
They are hanging in the hallway for the month of September to remind us of how we are
going to be awesome students. A great way to start the year!
