Lights, Camera, Action!

The students in 3rd and 4th grade as well as students who have joined chorus in 5th and 6th grade put on 2 different sets of incredible performances on Wednesday, December 6th. The talents of these children never cease to amaze me and the hard work they put into these shows ends up looking effortless. I am overwhelmingly proud of them and they should be proud of themselves too!

The third and fourth graders performed a show about all of the wonderful holidays celebrated in December called, "December Nights, December Lights." In this show we featured every child that wanted a special part. There were instruments, dances, speaking parts as well as solos and small group singing. All of them practiced and memorized their parts and it showed in their preparedness and amazing presentation.

Fifth and sixth grade chose to theme their concert similarly to Taylor Swift. They titled their concert, "Our Goodrich Era." They designed special shirts and even sang a long time favorite of the singer, "Christmas Tree Farm." This group does not get to meet as often as we would like but the amazing things they are able to do in such a short time is nothing short of awe inspiring.

Enjoy some photos from the day!
