Spring Break News!

  As we head into April and the end of our spring break, our class was excited to get back into the classroom! As always after a long break, we needed time to reconnect and do some fun class builders and team builders. Some of these activities included Find Someone Who, Team Interview, Creating New Team Posters, and writing a Spring Break News Report to share with our peers. 

The find someone who was a great way to start our day as it allowed students to find people that did something specific like watch a movie or read a book to start conversations and connections between classmates. They always enjoy doing find someone who in general, but especially after a break! Another thing I like to do after switching seats is a team interview. Team Interview is when one student at the table stands, and the rest of the team takes turns asking questions. We brainstormed questions they could ask to get to know someone even better. Some of the questions they brainstormed were “What is your dream vacation?”, “What did you do over spring break?”, or “What was your favorite part of break?” It’s so fun for students to feel interviewed and in the spotlight to their peers! It’s always great to see each other again after a break.
