One way to welcome Fall is to do a Gallery Walk of Fall things. This is one of my favorite activities to do. All you need is some chart paper and some fall topics and a marker.
Students walk around the room answering their questions about Fall things like favorite candy, what their Halloween costume is, and draw a monster.
After the students answer all of the questions, we walk around in our groups
and notice what our friends commented.
I will have eventually have to take these down...
